Mail Clerk

Kelly® Professional & Industrial, is seeking 1st shift Mail Clerk / Document Specialists (Onsite) for our client, one of our top clients, information management and digital services company located in Parma, OH 44130.

Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour

1st Shift : Monday - Friday; 7am-3pm

Start Date : ASAP

What's a typical day as a Document Specialist? You'll be :

• Separating and opening mail.
• Prepping documents for scanning.
• Making glass copies.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned.
• Lifting items weighing between 10 to 50lbs.
• Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the day.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have the ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Possess basic computer knowledge for training purposes and transitioning to computerized scanning machines.
• Must meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error-free work.
• Have experience in the same industry (preferred).
• Have knowledge of printing and scanning equipment (preferred).
