• Join us as Director of Go-to-Market Strategy at Henkel Adhesive Technologies and get the opportunity to become a game changer to our teams, working alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals and drive organizational growth and success.

• You initiate, steer and own strategic projects and transformational initiatives across all our business units.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our go-to-market strategies with broader business goals.
• You develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and capabilities that enable our business units to drive accelerated growth and achieve our strategic ambitions.
• You conduct market size assessments, uncover whitespace opportunities, and implement capabilities to address customer and business needs.
• You support the digitalization efforts that will enable our organization to have access to actionable information.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of business consulting, corporate strategy, and / or market strategy experience.
• Strategic thinking and planning.
• Project and Program Management
• Analytical skills to interpret market data / trends and make informed recommendations and decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization.

The salary for this role is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
