This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering job stability and advancement potential for career minded individuals.

Position Title : Medical Device Assembler

1st Shift : 6AM-2 : 30PM

Pay Rate : $24 Hourly

Benefit Package : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, & Holiday Pay

Location : Irvine, CA

Position Summary :

Medical Device Assemblers will be responsible for assembling small medical components under a microscope, ensuring precision and quality in a clean room environment.

This role requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail while following safety and regulatory guidelines. Join our team to help produce life-enhancing devices and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused workplace!

Responsibilities :

Perform assembly tasks using binocular or digital microscopes to assemble medical devices, catheters, stents. Magnifications typically range from 4x to 20x.

Must have at least 6 months of experience in microscope-based assembly within a manufacturing environment.

• Must be willing to work under a microscope for the duration of the shift, ensuring consistent focus and precision in assembly tasks.
• Assembly will take place in a clean room environment, requiring adherence to proper gowning procedures and clean room protocols.
• Collaborate within a team environment, providing constructive feedback as needed. Strong verbal and comprehension skills are appreciated for effective communication.
• Utilize small hand tools, razor blades, tweezers, adhesives, and proprietary tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP's, visual aids, and engineer drawings in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
