Nuuly Merchandising Intern

Role Summary :

Nuuly is looking for a merchandising intern to join their team this Summer. The merchandising intern will utilize internal website back-end tools to generate featured edits for customers to explore, attribute product details to drive navigation and filtering and bring relevant pop-culture trends to the team’s attention to serve customer discovery.

The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6 / 2 through 8 / 8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process :

Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.

Complete Video Interview : Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.

Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.

Role Responsibilities :

Gathering product information to drive attribution and website copy

Supporting website back-end process to ensure timely activation of new product

Editorial shot list sample management assistance

Sustainability shop data-entry

Fashion & pop culture trend research & presentation

Role Qualifications :

Interns will work cross-functionally to pitch and execute a product collaboration with a beloved Nuuly brand. This project will include : mood-boarding, trend research, internal communication with planning, merchandising, buying and marketing teams, external communication with brand partners including product development and line-planning.

Project Requirement :

In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role you must submit a Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred).

Create a marketing campaign concept board focused on Fall 2025 featuring tears of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.

that you find aspirational for the brand’s creative direction and could be used as a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital and social platforms

You may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a marketer when pulling your aspirational tears and compiling the concept board.

Be sure to include 2-3 influencers you could see as partners with this Fall 2025 campaign and why you think they would be great fits with our brand.
