We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting operations through coordination, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, and is skilled in maintaining effective systems.
What You'll Do : As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO and team to facilitate project execution, monitor timelines, and maintain essential operational processes.
This is a support role focused on coordinating tasks and enhancing productivity, with a focus on process improvement and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the CEO and team in coordinating and tracking ongoing projects.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.
- Manage daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
- Coordinate and check in on projects to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain and optimize systems and processes (ClickUp, HubSpot, Go High Level, MightyNetworks) for efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors, ensuring alignment on project goals without direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Track KPIs and assist in monitoring business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline business functions.
- Facilitate client interactions as needed, ensuring high-quality service and communication.
Who You Are :
- Experienced Coordinator : At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented : Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and process efficiency.
- Systems Savvy : Proficient in using digital platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp, Go High Level) to support operational tasks.
- Effective Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
- Problem Solver : Ability to handle issues promptly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter : Motivated to take initiative on projects and improve workflows.
Bonus Points If You Have :
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online service-based businesses.
