Responsibilities
Client Support : Provide dedicated and personalized support to insurance policyholders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Policy Maintenance : Assist clients with updating their insurance policies, ensuring all details are accurate and current.
Claim Assistance : Guide clients through the process of filing claims, offering support and clarity to ensure a smooth experience.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Problem Resolution : Proactively resolve any issues or concerns clients may experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
Licensing : Property and casualty insurance license in Wisconsin preferred, willing to train.
Licensing assistance available.
Experience : Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
