Job Summary
- Performing Functions Such and answering Phones.
- Keep communication with vendors.
- Tracks orders and makes purchases order maintains accurate purchase records.
- Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy and investigates any issues before contacting vendors.
- Keep price List up to date with supplies.
- Keep Showroom Displays / Catalogs organized and up to date.
- Prepares Quotes.
- Maintain records of procurement documents, such as purchase orders, proposals.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
- Follow up and distribute New Leads.
- Checks and Answer Emails.
- Collaborate with different company departments.
Job Qualifications
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience : Some previous office experiences
- Must speak English and Spanish
