Qualifications
What you'll need
- Citizenship : If you are not a citizen of United States of America, we may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity : You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
- Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent in finance, business administration, accounting, or other relevant fields.
- Experience : You have at least 2 years of relevant experience; successful track record of achieving high quality results and delivering client valuable services to meet team and departmental objectives;
expertise in fixed income trade settlement, OTC derivatives market and business analysis for Treasury Management System.
Languages : You are proficient in written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in other official language of the IDB Group (Spanish, Portuguese or French) is a plus.
Core and Technical Competencies
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge Fixed income and Derivatives operational processes.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis for Implementation of Financial Software and tools.
- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems, Markitwire and Bloomberg AIM will be desirable.
- Ability to use technology to improve and advance new and existing processes.
