Product Manager

This person will primarily focus on our Supply and Dispatch solution, which is an AI-integrated optimization and dispatch solution powering supply and logistics decisions in the retail fuel industry.

This is an opportunity to work on a product team that cares about clean code and collaborates together with daily stand-up and stand-down calls to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to the commodity industry.

Skills Required :

• 3-7 years experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, or managing product development
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to build and maintain the strategic product roadmap
• Strong experience fine-tuning epics, defining user stories, and managing prioritization of team backlog
• Established background in working with software products in partnership with development teams and in-depth understanding of Agile principles
• Customer-first mindset, with a proven track record of partnering closely with the client, gaining a strong understanding of the solution, and on-time delivery of high-value solutions and / or software
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field

Nice to have :

Exposure to or experience within the fuel, supply and logistics industry

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of the product roadmap, including coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, development teams and customers
• Evangelizing for product releases to both our customers and internal stakeholders, including delivery and support teams
• Ensuring that product releases achieve the intended outcomes and that features effectively meet customer needs
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Research and determine client requirements and needs to determine which features need to be added or tweaked
• Actively mitigate roadblocks that might impact on-time completion of release or sprint goals
• Collaborate with the scrum and product development teams to make sure development objectives are met
• Lead the product functionality design process from knowledge of user and client needs
• Participate in product demo to internal team, following up with planned retrospective
