Job Description
Review reports and data and provide a summary and proposed solutions
Look up ownership and other information for proposed and existing easements
Assemble materials from various systems to create case files
Research emerging topics utilizing web-based resources
Duties include :
Researching and gathering information on topics related to conservation easements
Analyzing realty issues and formulating options
Reviewing deed, title and other acquisition documents
Reviewing and providing comment to draft documents
Developing materials such as draft letters, fact sheets, power points, and briefing documents.
Location : VIRTUAL (Beltsville, MD)
Hours per week : 20 hours / week (Part-time)

Requirements Conditions of Employment
