JobResponsibilities :

Plan details fortravel including transportation accommodation and airlines.

Planning holidays

Keep our clients satisfied and loyal forfuture services

Suggestingtravel destinations

Maintaining client files and managing largescale events

Work with clients to determine theirtraveling needs.

Guide clientson the appropriate styles of transportation travel dates costs and

accommodations.

Manage largescale events includingconferences and retreats.

Booktransportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients.

Offer exceptional remotecustomer service throughout the booking process addressing

inquiries concerns andproviding support to enhance the villa vacation experience.

Obtain supplier certificationsto stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry

Demonstrate knowledge andrecommendation ability in popular vacation destinations

around the globe

Utilize time management skills in order to researchplan and book vacation packages for

clients

Multitaskon various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction

Utilize social media tomaintain and market to client base

Stay informed about luxury travel trends emerging villadestinations and unique villa

experiences to provide clients with the most relevant andcaptivating recommendations.

Collect payments and pay fees.

Resolve travel issues complaints and refunds.

Meet sales targets and profit goals.

Maintain client informationand financial records.

Planand execute itineraries

Ensureyou stay uptodate with tourism trends by attending travel seminars.

Qualifications :

Good leadership and communication skills.

Good organizational Skills

Timemanagement abilities.

Fluent in English bilingual a plus

Ability to work independently
