A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst.Key Responsibilities : Create and update intra-day schedules in a multi-channel tiered support environmentManage and report on intra-day performance, balancing SLA and shrinkageProvide mentorship on WFM best practices, analyze data, and recommend solutions for performance improvementQualifications : 2+ years of Workforce Management experience in a multi-channel service centerStrong technical skills in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with relevant platformsEffective application of statistical forecasting and workforce management methodsExperience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of call center metricsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
