Position Overview :
The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide support with a friendly, professional attitude.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Salary Range : $17.50 - $27.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with every customer interaction.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle calls efficiently and multitask.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
