A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of workplace mental health programs.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure excellent service delivery and revenue growthOversee program delivery and implementation processes, ensuring alignment with contracts and strategiesEvaluate program results and trends, making recommendations to customers based on data analysisRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required;

Master's degree preferredMinimum of five to eight years of experience in customer service, consultative, or account management roles in the Mental Health or Healthcare industryProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and ProjectExperience with basic business statistics and mental health managementKnowledge of applicable legislation, standards, policies, and procedures within Wellness, EAP, and behavioral health care fields
