As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be part of a successful team. You will be trained to serve as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop ongoing networking and referral relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers.
- Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes within a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Round out accounts by offering and selling additional lines coverages or policies.
- Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess or able to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team Player for a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Detailed, organized with great time management skills.
