Overview
The Stadium Event Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. The Stadium Event Lead Cleaner will lead event cleaners during events.
Must have prior leadership experience. Part time position.
Pay Rate : $18.00HR
Shift : varies depending on events, including weekends
Location : 1 Cardinals Way, Glendale

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have prior leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Customer Service Experience
- One (1) year of similar work experience
- Bilingual
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Assist with the training of cleaning team
- Coordinate work assignments
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for maintenance
- Makes sure premises are secured at all times
- Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work.
- Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager.
- Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
- Complete order forms completely and accurately.
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
