This position reports to

Digital Tools Training Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed.

You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is : Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business. You will be mainly accountable for :

• Support the development and creation of impactful training material.
• Partner with key stakeholders to create various trainings across multiple functions
• Manage documentation and access in Teams / Share Point, assuring all project related documents, presentations and communications are stored properly and easily located.
• Organize and manage project schedules and calendar creating a culture of accountability through transparency and collaboration.

Qualifications for the role

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, in the United States, focused on Human Resources, Communications, Education or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
• Proficient in Office 365 particularly Excel and Power Point.
• Strong fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Experience working in a global environment and / or collaborating effectively within cross functional teams is highly preferred.
