We are seeking a POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN to join our growing team! This position involves the service, maintenance, and cleaning of residential swimming pools.
Work is performed on site at customer locations by cleaning and maintaining swimming pools and equipment, testing and balancing water chemistry, as well as a technical portion of updating customer databases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Service, clean and maintain residential swimming pools on a designated schedule
- Be punctual, and have great attendance
- Be neat and clean, company shirts provided

- Must be professional

- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements :
- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
- Swimming pool service experience preferred
- CPO certification will be required training provided
- Must have a valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must has a positive service attitude
- Oversee issued company vehicle and tools / equipment
Physical Demands : Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs. Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions. Walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, lifting, working near pools, walking on unpaved ground.
Work Environment : Tasks are regularly performed with exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Safely working with chlorine and other pool chemicals.
Work Summary : Full-time - 40 hours per week (approx. 8 : 00A-4 : 30P), will be weeks with overtime hours in May / June and Sept / Oct.
