Quantitative Research Analyst - Texas

My Client, a Leading Global Hedge Fund are looking to add to one of their investment teams. We are seeking a talented Quant Research Analyst to join in developing new techniques and strategies for an Equity focused team in Texas.

You will work with the Analysts and PM to create improvements across existing strategies as well expand your own knowledge of the financial markets in the meantime.

You will be tasked with exploring and pursuing interesting research approaches through a variety of different techniques, with a view to maximising performance for the team.

In doing so, you will have full autonomy to grow and work alongside some of the worlds leading PM's and Senior Quants.

Requirements

3+ years experience as a Quant Researcher within a Buyside firm

Proficiency in Python / SQL

STEM Degree

Full cycle portfolio construction / optimisation with the ability to deploy and manage a strategy from inception.
