As the Sales Operations Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales organization. You will oversee all aspects of sales operations in a multi-divisional environment, from process improvement and performance analysis to CRM management and sales enablement.
Your mission : to ensure our sales teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to succeed, while driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Performance Analysis : Monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to sales leaders to enhance team performance.
- CRM Management : Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and integration with other tools.
- Sales Forecasting : Lead the sales forecasting process, working closely with sales leaders to ensure accurate and reliable forecasts.
- Sales Enablement : Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training, tools, and resources, to equip the sales team for success.
- Team Leadership : Mentor sales operations team members across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with leadership teams across divisions and corporate departments to align sales operations with broader company objectives.
- Technology & Tools : Evaluate and implement new sales technologies and tools to enhance sales operations and drive productivity.
- Strategic Growth Assessment : Work with the Mergers & Acquisitions team to assess business development processes of potential acquisitions, analyze pipeline, and integrate new divisions into the sales process.
Required Experience
Experience : 7+ years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and revenue growth within a B2B industry utilizing consultative sales approaches.
Previous experience in marketing services industries a plus.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
