- Oversight of Information System Security Officers in their development and implementation of System Security Plans (SSP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), information security policies and required bodies of evidence, as necessary, to ensure compliance with RMF guidelines.
- Carrying out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Participating in auditing and continuous monitoring of the IS.
- Review and oversee RMF Package authorizations.
- Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to security events.
- Leading and managing assigned ISSO(s) in successful execution of the program’s cybersecurity program, to include assuming responsibilities of the ISSO(s) in their absence.
- Ensuring all applicable cybersecurity policy, plans and procedures are followed.
- Ensuring required cybersecurity controls are implemented and validated, to include continuous monitoring actions for assigned systems.
- Developing and maintaining cybersecurity related plans, procedures and guidance.
- Monitoring and recognizing non-compliance, suspicious and anomalous activity (i.e., threats), and effectively reporting such activity and associated risks to the appropriate parties.
- Ensuring plans of actions and milestones or remediation plans are in place for vulnerabilities identified during monitoring activity, audits, inspections, etc.
and implementing, or overseeing, required corrective actions.
- Creating, collecting and retaining data to meet reporting requirements.
- Monitoring and correlating data (e.g., logs, events, activity, etc.) from a variety of sources (e.g., Splunk, ELA, ePO, ESS, ACAS, etc.
to identify and mitigate threats, vulnerabilities and non-compliance.
- Investigating, analyzing and responding to cyber events, incidents and non-compliance, to include trend analysis, assembling detailed written reports and briefing the appropriate parties.
- Assigned systems may vary in classification, capabilities and complexity. Mission requirements may require other than first-shift work and additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Managing projects with associated planning, monitoring, and execution. Ensures cyber projects are executed in accordance with schedule and budget requirements.

Basic Qualifications :
- Experience leading individuals or a cross-functional team
- Possess strong verbal and written communications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as an ISSO or ISSM.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Active certification that meets DoD 8570 / 8140 IAM Level 3 (CISSP, GSLC, CISM, or CCISO)
Desired Skills :
- Project management experience
- Experience or knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Experience with Special Access Programs and JSIG
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-starter
Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level : Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $105,000 - $201,100.
