As a Caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make meaningful relationships and connections with your clients all while working a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Care for and build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Properly assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Serve as a companion and properly handle household management.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.

Qualifications :

• A passion to serve and help others live their best life possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D certificate.
• Meet passing criteria on the Milimot test.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a caregiver in homes or facilities is a bonus.
• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS : Join us and earn a $500 sign-on bonus! Eligible for caregivers working 25-30 hours per week, with $250 paid at 90 days and $250 at six months.
• Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plans : Our company offers contributions to MEC plans to full-time employees, ensuring essential healthcare coverage.
• Dental Coverage : 50% company contribution
• Vision Coverage : 50% company contribution.
