As a Shift Manager, you help lead our teams in providing a safe, fast, clean, and friendly experience to our car wash customers as well performing opening and closing duties at the car wash.
Shift Manager duties may include :
- Performs opening / closing procedures and serving as the manager in charge when assigned.
- Responsible for Cash handling, counting the till, and deposit procedures.
- Building a strong company work culture through your day-to-day leadership behaviors.
- Assists with preventative and overall maintenance at the car wash.
- Works with management to increase car wash sales
- Promptly greets all customers in a friendly and helpful manner and educating about our services.
- Facilitate efficient and safe processing of customer vehicles.
- Performs visual inspections of vehicles and remove excess dirt and debris to ensure a quality result.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and attractive wash facility.
- Help clean and maintain equipment.
- Participate in learning and cross training activities to facilitate smooth business operations.
Shift Manager requirements :
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

- The position requires the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as walking, standing (100% of shift), bending, stooping, and handling of tools / materials as well as lifting up to 25 lbs.
