The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope,plexity and location of the role;

the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of ourprehensivepensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

This role is responsible for leadingplex, large scope engagements with business and functional leadership and contributing business architecture expertise, rigor, and insight to teams defining, assessing, and planning to bridge strategy to execution What Will You Do?

  • Influences organizational direction in strategicallyplex and / or sensitive environments
  • Partners with business to support strategy development
  • Clarifies goals and strategy
  • Designs, leads, and conducts business capability discovery and analysis (all levels of scopeplexity)
  • Designs, leads, and conducts capability assessments (all levels of scopeplexity)
  • Designs business and operating models
  • Aligns metrics framework
  • Establishes and monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution planning
  • Leads ongoing improvement of the design over time
  • Contributes to business architecture practice development
  • Supports business architecture team development
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What is a Must Have?

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 7 years of demonstrated business experience, with thorough knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and / or business strategy development withinplex organizations and business environments.

Thorough knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.
