A day in the life.
As our Client Service Representative on the Business Insurance team, you’ll provide administrative support to Client Executives in the new and renewal marketing process and daily servicing of accounts.
Responsibilities include : creating pre-renewal summaries, constructing proposals, preparing policies for delivery, issuing certificates of insurance, and processing final audits and endorsements.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 + years’ of experience working in customer service
- Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively service customers
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task, be detailed and meet deadlines.
- Property / casualty license or ability to attain is required
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :
- Prior knowledge of commercial insurance industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
