This position handles both inbound and outbound service calls, while building customer relationships. Maintaining excellent customer relations is key for this position.

Duties :
- Role is heavily focused on customer service
- Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
- Scheduling appointments for guests
- Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills in order to identify the customer’s needs
- Ability to gauge tone and display empathy to insure a positive customer experience
- Completing follow-up tasks on daily activities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and easily adapts to change
- Ability to handle phone calls and emails for 8 hours a day (with the exception of breaks and lunches)
- Meet daily individual and team goals by managing time and meeting expectations for productivity
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Job Requirements :
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Computer skills and ability to multi task
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person )
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Proficient MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal / written communication
- Automotive experience is NOT required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen and drug screen
