include : creating pre-renewal summaries, constructing proposals, preparing policies for delivery, issuing certificates of insurance, and processing final audits and endorsements.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 + years' of experience working in customer service
- Excellentmunication and time management skills to effectively service customers
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task, be detailed and meet deadlines.
- Property / casualty license or ability to attain is required
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :
- Prior knowledge ofmercial insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
