Collaborates with Clinical Education Consultants, RN Educators and Learning Consultants to develop, design and support education programs using learning technologies to facilitate outcomes INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
The Learning Technology Specialists responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Serves as an enterprise administrator for the INTEGRIS learning management system including the administrative rights to develop, publish, assign and report learning for all users.
- Produces edits and maintains the organizations internal education websites.
- Collaborates with the Clinical Education Consultants, RN Educators and Learning Consultants to produce, edit and maintain educational media, web-based education surveys, web-based education modules, clinical simulations and other technical education platforms and delivery methods.
- Trains educators and other administrators on the integration of learning technologies to advance education designs.
- Develops and manages the budget and financial records for learning technologies.
- Manages the maintenance of learning technologies
- Designs, develops, evaluates and maintains technical solutions for education and professional development databases Reports to the System Administrative Director for Clinical Education This position may have additional or varied physical demand and / or respiratory fit test requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, mass communication, adult education or another related field. Masters preferred.
- 5 years' experience with designing communication, education or multi-media solutions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal / written)
- This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Driver's License from the state of residence, as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
