Some of which are : Greeting and seating patients. Answering phone calls and Emails, and answering patient inquiries. Schedule and confirm upcoming patient appointments.
Utilizing basic office equipment (computers, fax machines, etc.), maintaining and ordering office supplies. Process payments and insurance forms, preparing invoices, and handling billing inquiries.
Verifying patient insurance coverage, processing claims, and following up on pending claims. Working with computer systems, ex.
Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc. HIPPA Compliance Management of patient files, updating information as necessary and ensuring that all records are accurate and confidential.
Administrative duties and data entry. Hours Monday - 8 : 30am to 7pm Tuesday - 8 : 30am to 7 pm Closed on Tuesdays in the summer Wednesday - 8 : 45am to 8pm Thursday - 8 : 45am to 8pm Friday - 9am to 3pm One Saturday per month - 7 : 30am to 2pm Benefits Percentage of Medical Vacation and Sick Time Bonus 401k Qualifications Professional appearance and positive attitude.
