Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support the implementation from proposal to delivery.
This includes developing a thorough understanding of the client's requirements, then applying ServiceNow industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds the functional requirements.
Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution.
Supports organizational change management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the "to be" solution. Leads quality management reviews and ensures all business and design requirements are met.
Conducts application and implemented business process demonstrations to stakeholders; may support the preparation of training material and provide user training.
ServiceNow Duties :
Apply knowledge of ServiceNow to design solutions that meet or exceed requirements, support the technical team
Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders
Work closely with the ServiceNow Technical team, and identify ways to reduce implementation efforts
Ensure all business and design requirements are met
Participate in quality management reviews
Support test plan development and Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts
Ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed
Must have :
Prior ServiceNow business analysis experience
Nice to Have :
A ServiceNow System Admin certification
An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
An ITIL Foundations Certification
Experience implementing systems with Agile / Scrum methodology and / or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $ 86,500 - 101,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock options, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
