Position Summary
RBCI is seeking a Business Process Engineer to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Operations, Security, and Preparedness with business management services, including business and analytical processes and overhaul.
This work is onsite at the Department of Veteran's Affairs Central Office in Washington, D.C. Some travel may be required.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs management and support of the analysis, design, development, and implementation of diverse, enterprise-wide processes and application systems.
- Design study processes and develop strategies to gather essential data to support process improvements.
- Conduct studies that inform system redesign, process reengineering, and business process improvement.
- Design processes and methodologies to analyze data effectively.
- Recommend tools to facilitate comprehensive data analysis.
- Develop and execute implementation plans for process improvement.
- Support the process of implementing and sustaining improvements.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as a Business Process Engineer or in a similar role focused on process improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of Emergency Management Operations and Preparedness
- Knowledge of Security and Law Enforcement
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis tools, and familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
