We are looking for an attorney with an interest in Family Law to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and committed attorney to advance their career and contribute to our firm's success.

Compensation :
$65,000 to $70,000 plus performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities will encompass all aspects of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to :
- Client interactions and meetings
- Managing cases from inception to trial
- Strategic thinking to vigorously advocate for all clients
- Drafting motions, pleadings, memoranda, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, and more
- Overseeing all aspects of litigation, including contested hearings and trial
- Management and successful attainment of case deadlines
- Being a sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to achieve client goals
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting with the training of personnel
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association.
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing quality legal service.
- Must be tech-friendly and / or willing to learn.
- Must be an effective and clear communicator.
- Must be able to track and meet minimum billable requirements.
- Must be an excellent and creative writer.
