In this role, you will be tasked with developing and implementing digital marketing tactics to meet consistent branding, sales, and profitability objectives.
Your responsibilities will include deciphering our target audience and clients to devise innovative eCommerce strategies that elevate customer involvement.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and remote assistants, you will spearhead the creation of imaginative designs, marketing campaigns, and performance evaluations.
You will be in charge of digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new customers, enhancing existing customer engagement, showcasing products, and refining the online user journey.
Your tasks will involve producing engaging digital content and conducting regular email, SMS, and digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities :
- Owns, oversees and executes email and SMS marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities include planning and implementing email and SMS campaigns, managing subscriber databases and flows, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Familiarity with running social media advertising (Facebook) and search engine advertising (Google) campaigns. The position requires someone who loves to collaborate and has significant social advertising and paid search experience.
Heavily involved in the creative production of assets such as online ads, videos and other graphics. Use the power of analytics to help drive future campaigns, optimize advertising spend and improve conversion rates.
- Manages the corporate website and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Includes occasional website updates and editing as well as a focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and increasing organic search engine rankings.
- Build a team of influencer and affiliate partners for the brand. Manage communications, and coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for innovative influencer campaigns.
- Provides a solid level of reporting and data analysis which includes detailed insights, and actionable next steps that tie-back to overall business goals and milestones.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of eCommerce and marketing technologies such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Lifetimely, Yotpo, and Google Analytics are highly desired.
- Expertise in acting as an influencer across multiple social media channels.
- 3+ years of experience in managing projects within digital marketing environments required.
- Experience as an individual contributor as well as leading local and / or virtual teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of professional sports, teams, and athletes is a plus!
Compensation : $65,000 - $70,000 annually + bonus / commission
