Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

Solugenix is hiring an Associate - Product Manager for one of its clients who is a global leader in Finance. This position is a 12+ month contract based in Phoenix, AZ.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in developing product requirements & roadmaps, driving product development and management in the Insurance / Claims domain.
- Own & manage projects end to end that are a part of the overall product roadmap.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand all existing servicing customer journeys and how they are used across business units today.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into defined features & user stories.
- Manage the backlog of features / user stories and prioritize them into sprints for the tech team to develop according to project timelines.
- Own & manage the quality of the product you build by managing the User Acceptance Tester.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and experience effectively managing a backlog using Jira or any other development management software.
- Related business work experience, with prior history in designing customer and / or agent-centric product features / journeys.
- Good understanding of API.
- Preferred Certified Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master certification.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $55 / hour to $65 / hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and / or experience.
