We are looking for an Ink Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. A 10% shift differential will be paid for 2nd shift hours which are 4 : 00pm - 2 : 00am.
Pre-employment background and drug testing required.

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Ink Technician is to provide inks, varnishes, and technical support to production departments.
Responsibilities :
- Assists with ink room operations.
- Formulates and blends inks as required.
- Organizes inks for press runs.
- Returns inks from press to appropriate area.
- Performs press-side color matching.
- Operates color computer.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Color matching ability and knowledge of inks and films preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills; as well as a demonstrated initiative in problem solving / troubleshooting required.
- Knowledge of basic computer operating.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
