As our new Senior Producer, you would build relationships and memorable engagements with clients, based on problem solving modern experiences and exceptional service;

while liaising with, supporting, and managing your production teams. You'll be responsible for leading brilliant executions, scoping, estimating and work-streaming productions, mentoring and building bespoke teams for our clients worldwide.

The Core Need :

We're looking for someone proficient at digital work (web, app, 3d, etc) as well as adept at experiential activations (including large fabrication work).

You'll need to understand both worlds to bridge the divide on some of our most cutting edge work.

The Real Opportunity :

• Execute productions from pitch to delivery using your leadership, communication and time management skills, owning the earlier phases with minimal Executive Producer support, turning often rough and raw ideas into smart production ready plans with clear visions for success, solid SOWs, timelines and profitable budgets
• Manage productions with budgets of $100K to $1.5MM+, on average Producers at Monks manage $1MM - $2MM of work at once
• Learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and approaches to production. Always be thinking of the best possible solution for the specific challenge at hand
• Work well within a team setting to build consensus, gather facts and determine the best course of action
• Exhibit remarkable client management skills, with the goal of making the client experience enjoyable, predictable and collaborative
• You'll cultivate awesome relationships and consistently increase the portion of repeat business that is based on trust
• Manage and execute projects, lead teams, create weekly status reports, using your leadership, communication and time management skills, ensuring quality standards are met- all while bringing in our unique point of view
• Support resourcing by forecasting resource requirements to support short and long term planning
• Onboarding all resources onto the Project
• Directly manage production resources as needed
• Ensure project reporting is completed on a timely basis
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Work well within a team setting to build alignment, gather facts and determine the best course of action
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Use your years of experience to mentor Associate Producers, leveling up your leadership and management skills via weekly 1 : 1 meetings, status report reviews, and supporting them throughout their own projects, helping them improve their skills around process, team, client and business management
