Description
s, ACA forms and other associate facing documents, for accuracy and timely delivery. Works with vendors and legal team to update and maintain plan documents.
- Partner with Finance and appropriate internal teams and external vendors to track spend, analyze trends, and ensure proper inputs for annual budgeting and long-range financial planning process.
- Collaborate with other HR and other internal teams to ensure health, welfare and wellness programs and policies are aligned and consistent with other HR and internal programs, policies, and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors and consultants to support health, welfare, and wellness benefits programs and policies.
- Acts as a liaison for the HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence on health, welfare, and wellness benefit questions.
- Lead and mentor a team of benefits specialists to ensure their professional growth and development.
- May lead special benefits projects and initiatives.
