About the Role :
Were on the hunt for a dynamic CivilEngineer Project Manager Associate to join the hiveon behalf of our clients. In this role youll lead andoversee land development projects fromconceptualization to completion.
If youre passionate about civil engineering and have a knack for project management client interaction and technicaldesign we want to meet you!
Your Mission :
- Supervise engineering designers includingassigning work reviewing work and ensuring qualitycontrol.
- Manage project schedules and budgetsensuring timely and costeffective delivery.
- Prepare contracts fee proposals and scopes of work forland development projects.
- Interact withclients and public agency personnel building strong and positiveworking relationships.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering(BSCE).
- California Professional Engineer (PE)license.
- Minimum of five (5) years of landdevelopment experience or ten (10) years of total workexperience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D orMicroStation / Inroads.
- Demonstrated ability tothink independently and make sound decisions.
Bonus PointsFor :
- Experience withpreliminary engineering design studies including land use andzoning considerations site constraints and regulatoryissues.
- Experience with preparing andprocessing tentative and final subdivision maps.
- Experience with preparing and processing publicimprovement plans and development plans.
- Experience with preparing and reviewing hydrologicstudies and drainage reports.
