How you Will make a Difference :

  • Ensure that a company-wide regulatory compliance program is ongoing in accordance with company policies, standards of clinical care that meet state / federal regulations to promote excellence in care and quality of life for each resident.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to staff in all facilities which includes teaching, training, and application of compliance skills necessary to enhance our resident care and outcomes.
  • Schedule company-wide Quality Performance surveys based on program requirements with segment teams.
  • Analyze toolbox data, including facilities past performance surveys and quality indicator reports.
  • Train facilities, peers, as well as segment team members regarding the Quality Performance survey process.
  • Participate in the Quality Performance survey process and conduct independent surveys, as requested or required.
  • Contribute and participate in each exit for the Quality Performance survey process and assist the survey team / team leader in compiling streamlined report.
  • Assist each facilitys clinical specialist in formulating a plan of correction based on survey results, as requested.
  • Proactively act as a liaison between the compliance, operational clinical division, as well as each facility and Home Office.

What you Need to make a Difference :

Bachelors in Nursing required, but Masters in Nursing or other graduate program preferred.

Active RN License and currently registered in state(s) employed.

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in long-term care / geriatrics; supervisory experience preferred.

Completed qualified federal survey training with two (2) or more years survey work experience.

Demonstrate a current working knowledge of federal / state requirements regarding the Long-Term Care program.

Ability to assist in program development and revisions.
