Level One : Working under direct supervision level one forge press operator completes basic forging tasks such as interpreting job doc including verify material sizes and correct tooling with job router.
Completes basic forging tasks as relates to running a forging press. They will also be introduced to basic handheld inspection tools such calipers, micrometers, and thermometers, and will be required to perform basic in process inspection tasks, such as dimensional and temperature checks demonstrating very basic print reading and shop math skills.

- Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- Perform basic forging tasks.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $17.75 to $26.50 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.
