Position Details :
We are currently looking to fill one or two Sales Associate positions to work in the afternoons at our retail location in downtown Cannon Falls.
As a Sales Associate, you will be expected to perform the following :
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
- Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements
- Ring up customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receipts
- Package customer orders appropriately
- Perform various cleaning duties on front-of-house and production equipment

- Willingness to work weekends (Fri and Sat)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Basic math skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Treats co-workers and customers with respect and appreciation
Hours and Compensation :
- Compensation will be based on education and / or experience. Hourly pay rate will be in the range of $9-$12.
- Hours are dependent on availability and can range from 2-20 hours per week, up to 5 days per week. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
