Personal Lines Product Intern (hybrid)

Location : Columbus, OH

Work Schedule : 38.75hrs / week, 2 days in office (Tuesday & Wednesday) and 3 days remote (Monday, Thursday & Friday)

Duration : 14 weeks (mid-May to mid-August)

The interns will work day-to-day in their respective departments while also working as a group on a corporate project, which concludes with a capstone presentation to senior leaders.

Summary : Assist in and support in the execution of the Personal Lines Strategy with a focus on key activities for the following strategic initiatives;

Portfolio Management, PL New Product Features, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Personal Lines Portfolio Management Strategy
• Research and design for new product features
• Support pricing and product managers by analyzing product enhancements and rate revisions
• Support national and state team projects and initiatives
• Market and competitive research
• Perform other research and analysis as needed / requested

What You’ll Bring to the Company :

The ideal candidate is working toward college degree in an analytical discipline such as Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or any other applicable degree.

Experience with personal computers and a working knowledge of spreadsheet applications are required.
