Your Role on the Team
We're looking for an experienced and versatile Application Engineer who is hungry to advance CF3D®. We have an exciting opportunity to redefine how composites are designed and manufactured with this cutting-edge technology.
As an Application Engineer at Continuous Composites, you will act as the technical point of contact with the customer helping to identify application fits and advance the customer through the sales cycles.
You will be a technical expert who will develop and educate customers on CF3D® through projects, proposals, white papers, customer meetings, webinars, and conferences.

Opportunities
- Acquire hands-on technical knowledge of the CF3D® products and technologies at a deep implementation level.
- Develop new applications and manufacturing techniques for Continuous Fiber composite components to drive industry adoption from proof of concept to commercialization.
- Interact with the Continuous Composites sales and development team to provide market feedback on features and capabilities that should be incorporated into future products based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and sales team to identify application fit and develop optimized build strategies for CF3D® and customer objectives.
- Collaborate with customers to draft statements of work using CF3D®. Present progress updates and final reports to the customer.
- Support current and new customers with technical support, regular meetings, and creative solutions.
Qualifications :
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to gain security clearance if necessary
- Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years related experience
- Knowledge or interest in Ceramic Matrix Composites is ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven experience developing proposals and completing projects
- Excellent personal management and organizational skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent Computer Aided Design (CAD) skills
