Are you an accounting professional residing on Oahu and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact?

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team, working directly from our office (this is not a remote position).

What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with Our Team : Work closely with our accounting team to assist in financial reporting, data analysis, and support budget and forecasting activities.
• Dive into Data : Analyze expenses, sales trends, and provide insightful analytics to help our marketing team optimize promotions.
• Support Critical Processes : Help prepare and post journal entries, analyze account reconciliations, and prepare detailed monthly expense reports.
• Be a Key Player in Special Projects : Work alongside senior management on special projects, process improvements, and more.
• Keep Us Organized : File, scan, and systematically organize documents, while promptly following up on communications.

What We’re Looking For :

• A strong foundation in accounting processes with at least 2 years of experience (bonus if you’ve worked in the restaurant industry!).
• Someone with an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• A clear and effective communicator who can engage with everyone from executives to entry-level employees.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, seeks continuous improvement, and isn’t afraid to take on responsibility.

Your Skills :

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Comfortable with extensive data entry and 10-key operations.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with office equipment and software like Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
