YourResponsibilities
As a LicensedInsurance Representatives, your main responsibility is to findinnovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, andconcerns
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound andoutbound customerinquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through activelistening
- Work with confidential customer information and treatit sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by beingproactive, patient, empathetic, andunderstanding
- Appropriately communicate with customers, exercisingretention efforts ifneeded
- Identifycustomers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contractterms, assisting the customer with the correct priceplan
- Compassionately handle sensitive situations surroundinghealthcare needs, education, and preventionplanning

- 6 months Customer service experiencepreferred
- Over 18 years ofage
- Ability totype 25 wpm
- High School Graduate orGED
- Comfortwith desktop computersystem
- Proven oral& written communicationskills
- Logicalproblem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operatingsystems
- Organization and workprioritizing skills
- Possess an active home state Property &Casualty License
