Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Create compelling grant proposals and funding applications.
- Organize fundraising events and campaigns, including online initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of donations and donor interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising activities.
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as needed.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness for the organization’s mission.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A genuine passion for philanthropy and community service.
