Summary :
The Process Innovation (PI) team is a strategic project management organization that leads business units in analyzing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions and systems.
The team operates in a high-speed, high intensity, and high-expectation atmosphere, driving results across all divisions within the company.
As a Sr. Analyst, you will manage company-wide data systems and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop a single source of truth across the organization.
Additionally, you will use data-driven approaches to identify root causes to problems and develop new business processes and solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage company-wide data systems, supporting data governance for the business
- Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and / or enhancement
- Identify root causes to problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions
- Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements
- Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements.
Necessary Attributes & Skills
- Experience with analyzing large sets of data, including master data management
- Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience
- Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time
Background / Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred
- At least 3-4 years of experience working as a data / business analyst, process improvement, or similar role
