Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bankruptcy Paralegal at BSLBV. The Bankruptcy Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, assisting with bankruptcy law cases, utilizing Best Case software, coordinating with courts, and handling Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Best Case software proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Bankruptcy Law and Chapter 7 filings
- Experience working with courts and legal proceedings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- Certification as a paralegal is a plus
