Automotive Shop in Clarksburg, MD searching for experienced Automotive Technicians (A Level) to join their team . This shop is a part of a 10 shop group that has been serving the Greater Baltimore / Washington area since 1999.
Family-owned and operated, our team brings decades of automotive repair expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Facilities are climate-controlled, equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, and employ highly skilled technicians dedicated to professional growth.
Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Conduct Maryland state vehicle inspections, meeting all certification requirements
- Mentor C-level and apprentice technicians, fostering a collaborative, learning-centered environment
- Participate in ongoing training for ASE certification and professional development
- Work as part of a team, contributing to a positive, drama-free work culture
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of work, supporting quarterly performance reviews and growth opportunities
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an A-level technician in a fast-paced repair environment
- MD State Inspector License required
- Strong diagnostic skills with proficiency in using Autel scan tools
- Dedication to continuous learning, ASE certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support, teach, and collaborate effectively
