General ResponsibilitiesImpeccable customer serviceCoordination of all aspects of the export process (including, but not limited to, billing, rate quotation, approval of vendor invoices, etc.
Scheduling of pick-ups dailyResponsible for rating shipments correctly per the SOPMandatory daily correspondence with overseas officesWork closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customersPerform other duties as assignedYour Skills and ExperiencesIntermediate to expert MS Excel skillsAbility to be profit consciousAbility to work with demanding deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organizedMust be detail oriented, thorough and accurate and have the ability to efficiently solve problemsStrong PC skillsProven analytical and problem solving skillsWork effectively via phone, fax, e-mail.
